After using the water-cooled chiller and water tower, clean the rubber hoses and other components first, and pay attention to removing oil stains on the air pump and mud dust on the concave part of the liquid tank bottom. The inner wall of the spray bar and nozzle can be wiped with engine oil to prevent moisture and rust. When using, check if there is any air leakage in each connection, then install a clean water pipe for trial use, and then install other things. In order to ensure the normal operation of the water tank, water should not exceed the safe water level line. The water pump and battery are the core components of the entire machine. The water pump is afraid of clogging and must be washed clean with clean water. When adding water, a small filter screen must be used for filtration to prevent clogging.

Regularly check whether the voltage and current of the chiller configuration are stable, as unstable voltage and current can easily burn out the chiller. Also, it is important to check if the compressor's operating sound is normal. If any abnormal sound is heard, immediately stop the machine for inspection and wait until the inspection is completed and repaired before turning it on for use.

Regularly check the refrigerant of the chiller for leaks, which can be determined by referring to the parameters displayed on the high and low pressure gauges on the front panel of the main unit. It can be said that this is an experiential job, and temperature changes in different seasons can also cause changes in the pressure of the chiller.

Check whether the cooling water system of the water-cooled chiller is normal, whether the cooling tower fan and sprinkler shaft are running well, and whether the water replenishment of the built-in water tank of the water-cooled chiller is normal.

System cleaning should be carried out every six months, mainly cleaning the cooling water tower, cooling water pipes, condenser, etc. If the chiller is not used for a long time, it is necessary to pay attention to timely turning off the water pump, compressor, and cooling water tower main power supply.

After the water-cooled chiller is stopped, the water in the water tank should be cleaned thoroughly, otherwise it is easy to block the water pipe. In the short term, the chiller should not be used again. The components should be cleaned and installed, and stored in a cool and dry place. If not in use for a long time, apply butter to each metal component to prevent rusting.
