  • Circular fiberglass counter current cooling tower

    1、 Product Features

    1. The GMS series cooling water tower adopts high-quality PVC film, and its honeycomb fan pattern greatly enhances the cold and heat exchange capacity, and can withstand high temperatures up to 56 ℃, ensuring the optimal heat dissipation efficiency of the water tower. At the same time, green and high-temperature resistant film (100 ℃) are available for selection;

    2. The fan is an axial flow fan made of advanced plastic or aluminum alloy. Each set of fan undergoes strict positioning and balance testing by professional personnel before leaving the factory;

    3. All metal main accessories: made of thick steel by the original factory, treated with international standard hot-dip galvanizing for rust prevention, and stainless steel accessories can also be provided;

    4. The outer shell of the water tower is made of high-grade fiberglass that is resistant to acid and alkali erosion. All pipes and water spraying equipment are made of high-grade plastic, which does not require lubricating oil and is durable;

    2、 Design parameters

    1) Standard operating conditions: atmospheric pressure P=99400Pa, inlet water temperature t1=37 ℃, outlet water temperature t2=32 ℃, design wet bulb temperature τ=28 ℃, i.e. water temperature difference Δ t=5 ℃;

    2) Medium temperature condition: Inlet water temperature t1=43 ℃, outlet water temperature t2=33 ℃, design wet bulb temperature τ=28 ℃, i.e. water temperature difference Δ t=10 ℃;

    3) High temperature condition: Inlet water temperature t1=60 ℃, outlet water temperature t2=35 ℃, design wet bulb temperature τ=28 ℃, i.e. water temperature difference Δ t=25 ℃

    3、 Instructions for use

    A、 environment selection

    1. It should be avoided to install in waterproof channels or high walls that easily reflect sound volume, and should be installed on roofs or in places with good air circulation.

    2. When using two or more cooling towers together, attention should be paid to the spacing between the tower bodies.

    3. It should not be installed in areas with walls or tight ventilation on all sides, and attention should be paid to the distance between the tower body and the outer wall.

    4. Installation in areas with high levels of smoke and dust should be avoided to prevent film blockage.

    5. Keep away from hot places such as kitchens and boiler rooms.

    B、 key points of installation

    1. The foundation should be horizontal and not tilted, and the centerline of the cooling tower should be perpendicular to the horizontal plane, otherwise it will affect water distribution and motor operation.

    2. For cooling towers above 175T, supports should be installed for the inlet and outlet pipes.

    3. When two or more water pumps are shared, a balance pipe should be added between the water basins.

    4. Circulating water inlet and outlet connections should be connected using shock absorbers.

    5. The cooling tower fan blades should have the same gap with the tower wall, and it is not allowed for the gap on both sides to differ too much. If this phenomenon is found, it should be resolved in a timely manner.

    6. The motor and reducer should be regularly inspected, and the oil level of the reducer should be checked regularly.
