Square fiberglass cross flow cooling tower
The GMS series square glass cooling tower has obtained the "energy-saving fiberglass cooling tower" patent, especially the cooling tower fan is equipped with a variable torque polar dual speed motor. When the temperature is low (such as at night), the motor can be turned on at low speed, and the cooling tower noise can be reduced by 3-5dB (A). In addition, using a dual speed motor can significantly save energy. According to calculations, when multiple cooling towers are equipped with a single speed motor, although some motors can be stopped to save energy when the air humidity is low, it still consumes 40% more electricity (in years) than using a dual speed motor. This product also utilizes the national patent "Diagonal trapezoidal wave packing sheet for square counter current cooling tower" obtained by the Fourth Academy. After testing, its thermal and resistance characteristics are superior to other packing materials. Both motors and fans are supplied as accessories
1、 Structural characteristics
(1) Packing: Adopting the patented product of the Fourth Academy - oblique trapezoidal wave packing sheet, with added convex ribs horizontally, it has high water redistribution ability, low resistance, good thermal performance, high temperature resistance of 70 ℃, low temperature resistance of -50 ℃, and good flame retardancy.
(2) Motor: Designed by the Department of Electrical Engineering at Tsinghua University and manufactured by Yingmengjin Motor Factory, this is a patented product of the Fourth Academy. It is an extremely low-noise energy-saving motor with variable torque, good sealing and waterproof performance, high temperature resistance, high efficiency, and low noise.
(3) Deceleration device: A deceleration device with a power of ≤ 11/5.5KW, using polyester fiber-reinforced chloroprene rubber power belt transmission, high temperature resistance, high efficiency, does not stretch when encountering water, overcomes slipping phenomenon, and has very low noise. The reduction device with a power of ≥ 15/7.5KW adopts gear reduction method, and the motor is installed outside the air duct.
(4) Fan: The Department of Engineering Mechanics at Tsinghua University has designed low-noise, high-efficiency, wing shaped fiberglass blades based on the parameters of this series of products. The blades have low noise, high efficiency, and adjustable blade angles.
(5) Water collection and distribution device: Reflective low-pressure nozzles are used, and single swirl nozzles are used for small towers to achieve uniform water distribution and low water pressure. The water collection device installed can reduce the floating water loss to 0.01%.
(6) Sound absorption facilities: Ultra low noise cooling towers are equipped with shielding and sound-absorbing grilles with sound-absorbing materials on the upper tower air outlet to achieve maximum noise reduction effect.

(9) Maintenance platform: The tower top patterned steel plate maintenance platform is convenient for maintenance and installation.
(10) Lower tray: Cooling towers with shallow water tray and deep and deep water tray are equipped with lower trays for water storage. According to the ordering requirements, overflow, sewage, automatic and manual water supply pipes can be equipped, and water can be directly drawn from the lower tray.
(11) Bracket: Cooling tower steel bracket, galvanized and coated with epoxy asphalt paint for corrosion protection, with galvanized bolts used for fasteners.
