Introduction to Industrial Explosion proof Chiller

The GMS series explosion-proof chillers are a series of chillers developed and designed by our company based on years of production experience in process cold sources and advanced explosion-proof technology. They are mainly used in special places such as flammable and explosive environments. The entire series of units are divided into four series according to the outlet temperature: high temperature type (12 ℃~30 ℃), normal temperature type (0 ℃~+12 ℃), medium temperature type (-35 ℃~+0 ℃), and low temperature type (-120 ℃~-35 ℃), which can be customized according to customer requirements.

2、 Performance characteristics of industrial explosion-proof chiller:

1. Durable and energy-efficient compressor

The equipment adopts a brand new imported semi enclosed twin-screw compressor or fully enclosed scroll compressor, which is energy-saving, efficient, and stable. It has the characteristics of few moving parts, stability, high efficiency, and low failure rate;

2. Internally and externally threaded reinforced tube evaporator

The evaporator copper tube adopts an internally and externally threaded reinforced tube. The surface of the copper tube has threads, the outer surface of the copper tube is smooth, and the cooling effect is good. The evaporator cylinder is insulated with a 25mm thick PE insulation board, which does not condense and reduces the loss of cooling capacity.

3. Original imported copper pipes are used to make condensers

The condenser adopts copper pipes imported from abroad and processed into trapezoidal low rib pipes to enhance heat transfer capacity. The surface of the copper pipes is smooth, which reduces water pressure and is easy to clean and maintain.
