Introduction to Twin Head Screw Chiller
Twin head screw chillers can be divided into two categories in terms of refrigeration methods: air-cooled chillers and water-cooled chillers. The biggest difference between the two is the cooling method. In terms of structure, their condensers are also different, namely shell and tube type and fin type. Water cooled chillers must rely on cooling towers for operation, while air-cooled chillers use their own built-in fans for cooling, with specific environmental requirements such as ventilation, humidity, temperature not exceeding 40 ° C, air pH value, etc. Technically, water cooling has an energy efficiency ratio 300 to 500 kcal/h higher than air cooling; In terms of price, water cooling is much lower than air cooling.
1、 Characteristics of twin head screw chiller:
1. Using imported original semi enclosed twin-screw compressors, compared with traditional reciprocating compressors, it has the advantages of high efficiency, quiet operation, simple operation, and long service life.
2. Using world-renowned refrigeration components to ensure the quality and stable operation of the unit.
3. The evaporator and condenser both use the latest high-efficiency threaded heat exchange copper tubes with high heat transfer coefficient. At the same time, the evaporation inside the tube and the condensation outside the tube have high heat transfer efficiency, ensuring good refrigeration performance of the unit.
4. An independent refrigeration circuit that can be maintained and repaired separately without affecting the overall use of the machine.
5. The unit is controlled by a Bangpu microcomputer programmable controller, which, in conjunction with the compressor segmented energy regulation system, can timely and accurately control the matching of cooling capacity and cooling load, ensuring the highest operating efficiency and lowest energy consumption of the unit, and achieving reliable energy-saving operation.
