Introduction to Central Cooling Screw Chiller
In industrial applications, cooling pumps for chilled water or other liquids are operated through processes or laboratory equipment. Industrial refrigeration machines are used in various industries to control the cooling of products, mechanisms, and factory machinery. They are commonly used in the plastic industry for injection molding and blow molding, metal processing cutting oils, welding equipment, die-casting and machining, chemical processing, pharmaceutical formulation, food and beverage processing, papermaking, cement processing, vacuum systems, X-ray diffraction, power supply and power plants, analytical equipment, semiconductors, compressed air and gas cooling. They are also used for cooling high thermal energy in specialized engineering projects such as magnetic resonance imaging machines and lasers, and in hospitals, hotels, and campuses. Industrial refrigeration units can be centralized, with each unit cooling to meet multiple needs, or dispersed in each application or equipment with its own refrigeration unit. Each method has its advantages. It may also have a combination of central and decentralized refrigeration units, especially when the cooling requirements are the same for certain applications or uses, but not all. Distributed refrigeration units typically have a small area (cooling capacity) ranging from 0.2 to 10 tons. Central refrigeration units generally have a capacity ranging from 10 tons to hundreds or thousands of tons.
Frozen water is used to cool and dehumidify large commercial, industrial, and institutional alliance (CII) facilities in the air. The refrigeration unit can be water-cooled, air-cooled, cooled, or evaporative. Water cooled refrigeration units incorporate cooling towers to improve the thermodynamic efficiency of refrigeration compared to air-cooled refrigeration units. This is due to high temperatures or the wet bulb temperature of nearby air, rather than rejecting high, sometimes much higher, dry bulb temperatures. Evaporively type refrigerators provide better efficiency than air cooling, but lower than cold water.
1、 Central cooling screw chiller features:
1. The refrigeration components are all made of international brands such as Emerson, Heli, Danfoss, etc., with high efficiency, stable operation, and long service life.
2. The industrial screw refrigeration unit adopts a horizontal shell and tube condenser and a shell and tube evaporator, which have the characteristics of simple structure, stable heat transfer, long-lasting efficiency, and easy maintenance. It has been recognized as the most ideal structural composition for central air conditioning units.
3. Adopting a microcomputer control system, independently developed and customized by well-known manufacturers, with ultra-high and low temperature display and signal output protection, configured with normally open and normally closed outputs for selection.
4. The electrical part adopts original products from international brands such as LS, Schneider, Omron, etc., with high quality, stable performance, and long service life.
5. The machine is equipped with compressor overload protection, water pump overload protection, high and low pressure abnormal protection, flow protection devices and other abnormal alarm buzzers and fault indicator lights for warning, making it safe and reliable.
6. In the production process of modern industrial machinery, precise temperature control is the main factor promoting productivity and product quality. Therefore, the market competitiveness of the manufacturing industry relies on the assistance of refrigerators to reduce temperature, improve product quality, and increase profits.
7. Fully intelligent temperature control system, designed for 24-hour non-stop operation of the unit.
